Processing Time
Orders usually ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

We do our absolute best to ensure that you get the order on time. Please keep in mind that our carriers provide us with an estimated delivery. Rarely, packages can arrive outside of the given timeframe. Also, delays may occur during national holidays.

  • Click on the tracking link that appears in that order
  • Also, once you place your order, you can select 'Get shipping updates by SMS' to receive all tracking updates vía text

  • Orders placed a day prior or during a national holiday will be subject to possible delays in shipment
  • Orders for packages that are not accepted by the recipient will not be refunded
